Our Hospital

At Amigo, we are proud to serve and be a part of the greater Grand Junction community. We are located on 25 Road just South of Patterson, a mile from Mesa Mall.

We strive to be the veterinary provider where family pets go to find loving care. That’s why the day your pet enters our hospital, it becomes part of our family.

As a new client, you can expect to find partners in your pet’s health.  With state-of-the-art medical equipment, a friendly team of veterinary professionals, and a passion for your pet’s well-being – you can feel confident that your family member is getting the best care.

Requesting an Appointment

You’ve done your research and feel confident that Amigo is the right next step in caring for your pet, now what? We encourage you to connect with our team and request an appointment online or by phone. 

If you are a new client with and would like to make an appointment, please complete our online booking form or contact us at 970-245-0210.

Your First Appointment

When you and your pet walk through our doors, you will be greeted by a courteous customer service representative, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians in a spacious, comfortable, and modern atmosphere.

We ask that all dogs are in a secure travel crate or on leash and all cats are contained in a travel carrier. This is to ensure the safety of your pet(s) and others.

After checking in at our front desk, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby and escort you to an examination room. We will ask a few questions to prepare for the veterinarian to come in. One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, address any concerns you may have, and work with you to create an individual care plan based on your pet’s species, breed, age, current medical condition and previous veterinary care. 

This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing and the care your pet is receiving. 

Once the appointment has concluded, payment will be rendered, and any needed follow-up appointments will be scheduled.
