A Grand Junction native, Dr. Bridge received her Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Biology and Biomedical Sciences. Before entering the veterinary program at Colorado State University, she spent a year as a veterinary assistant with Amigo Animal Clinic. Following graduation in 2014, she was fortunate to return home to start her family and career.
Dr. Bridge’s professional interests have developed over time. Her interest was initially in public health and large animal medicine. While she still enjoys the horses and cows on the farm, she has grown to love focusing on companion animal care. She has a passion for soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry and complex medical cases. She enjoys the relationship building with clients and is enthusiastic about education. She also volunteers time with the CMU Tech Veterinary Technician Program.
When not at Amigo, Dr. Bridge enjoys her husband, three children and small farm. She and her family love adventuring—from local hiking and camping to road trips visiting National Parks, relishing the culinary experiences of each new place. She also finds joy in spending time volunteering in the classroom with her children as well as cooking, baking, sewing and running. Her heart is further filled with the family pets—Gummy the dog, Hangman and Rooster the cats, three horses and a plethora of chickens.
From first visit to last, Dr. Bridge aims to provide excellent medicine as a partner in your companion’s care.
