Dr. Miller is originally from Pana, Illinois. She attended Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois where she received her bachelor of arts degree majoring in biology in 2019. She then attended the University of Illinois where she received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Although Dr. Miller has a love of all animals, she has decided to focus her career primarily caring for dogs and cats. She has a particular passion for helping control the stray populations through spay and neuter operations. Her interest was sparked after spending some time in Nicaragua traveling to underserved communities performing spay and neuter services. In her free time, Dr. Miller enjoys exploring all the outdoor adventures that Illinois could not offer. She is excited to explore all that Grand Junction has to offer! She also enjoys pintresting new recipes to try while spending quality time with her two cats, Noxon & Gunnison.
